Hidden Springs Town Association (HSTA) pools are community facilities intended for residents’ private use and personal enjoyment. All HSTA homeowners in good standing are entitled to use the pool facilities upon presentation of a valid community access card. Residents who are not in good standing with association dues are subject to revocation of pool and other facility use privileges. The Pool Rules are intended to provide maximum benefit to association members while maintaining a safe and wholesome environment for the community.
We are excited to share that there have been a number of repairs and improvement projects at each pool! The Clubhouse Pool is in the process of being resurfaced with repairs scheduled for completion the week of May 14th. New pool furniture was ordered for each pool. And the water feature at South Meadow Pool was given a fresh coat of paint! Both pools are currently scheduled to open May 25th
The HSTA has delegated the responsibility of day to day order, safety, cleanliness in and round the pool area and for supervision and the immediate enforcement of the rules to Pool Monitors. Monitors are responsible for interpreting the pool rules and for making on-site decisions. Their on-site interpretation(s) or decision(s) must be obeyed by all patrons and their instructions followed without hesitation. An incident report will be completed for EVERY violation and submitted to the Town Association. Any disagreement with a pool monitors decision(s) may be presented to the Pool Monitor Supervisor or the Town Manager. If a resident does not comply and the situation requires the presence of the Town Manager or Assistant Town Manager at the pool, it is classified as Level Four (see Pool Incidents/Procedures).
Pool Hours / Schedule / Daily Closures
The pools open late May until early September from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm or dark, whichever occurs first. Weekly schedules of activities and events will be posted at each pool and on the website. Sandwich boards at each pool also communicate daily activities, events and CLOSURES.
The pools are CLOSED for 30 minutes Monday through Saturday for cleaning, testing and the addition of any necessary chemicals. Residents may remain pool side and enjoy the sun while Pool Doctor is on site.
The pools will be CLOSED at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm for a 15 minute safety inspection and water testing. ALL swimmers MUST exit the pool until the Pool Monitor signals inspection and testing is complete.
Community Access Card / Sign-in Sheets
A community access card or key fob is required at each pool. If you are in good standing with the HOA, you have a valid community access card. If your HOA has a delinquent balance, your access is suspended until the account is paid in full. If you need a replacement card, visit the HSTA office during regular business hours.
The “Sign In” sheets require a first and last name, time of arrival and number of pool users. Use of the sign in sheets dates back to 2010 and allows the HSTA to keep count of the number of residents and their guests at the pools for maintenance and scheduling purposes. Access cards/fobs do not capture the number of pool users per swipe.
HOA members are allowed a maximum of 5 guests per lot per day. As guests are not members of the association, they must be accompanied by a member, adult 18 years of age or older with a valid community access card. Only active members may have guests. If you are expecting additional family or guests, visit the office for a Resident Guest Pass good for up to 10 guests for seven days. Passes are $50 plus a refundable key deposit of $25.
If you have employed a sitter for the summer, who is 15+ years of age, and you would like to obtain a Sitter Pass so they can take the kids to the pool, please visit the Town Office. Each year, parents must complete and sign a waiver, provide a $50.00 refundable deposit and obtain an easy-to-identify – Sitter Pass. Parents are responsible for making sure their sitter and children are familiar with the pool rules and schedules. At the end of the summer the cards are deactivated as the HSTA office needs an up-to-date waiver each year. Parents may return the pass for a full refund.
Aqua Zumba/Water Aerobics

Casiana Larson will return again this year with new routines and music! In order to hold the class, a minimum of 20 residents (Class maximum is 30) must be signed up and the class fee paid by June 6th. Please make checks payable to HSTA and drop them off at the Town Office. If we do not get enough participants, payment will be returned to you.
Residents may hire a private swim instructor for swim lessons. Swim instructors, who are residents of the community, providing swim lessons in the community pools must contact the Town Office to complete an agreement and provide the necessary insurance certificate/s. Non-resident swim instructors providing lessons to a member, are the guest of that member. Non-residents providing swim lessons to non-residents are trespassing and will be asked to leave.
